2024 Expansion
Renaissance Lakewood completed its multi-year campus expansion with the addition of two new buildings and major facility upgrades. The new 31,000 sq ft building at 1220 Paco Way houses a state-of-the-art Quality Control Spray and Particulate Laboratory, along with Analytical and Formulation R&D labs. At 1215 Paco Way, the new headquarters includes a 67,000 sq ft GMP warehouse. Renovations at 1200 Paco Way added new manufacturing suites and equipment. The expanded campus now totals over 370,000 sq ft, significantly enhancing operational capacity.

2018 Reconfirming Commitment to Our Customers
In 2018 we made a strategic decision to divest our private label generics business (Renaissance SSA). We divested multiple products over multiple transactions and emerged as a standalone CDMO focused 100% on serving the needs of our customers.

2016 The Rebrand
Non-sterile division of DPT is sold to Mylan. The Lakewood site is rebranded and named Renaissance Lakewood LLC.

2012 New Ownership
Lakewood is acquired by Renaissance acquisition holdings.

2010 Expanded Sterile Capabilities
Lakewood launches expanded sterile development and manufacturing capabilities to include nasal sprays and aseptic vial filling. Two suites with high-speed filling lines were constructed and qualified.

2002 We Begin Our Nasal Journey
In 2002 we started development and manufacturing out our first unit dose nasal spray program. At this time we built a dedicated spray lab and invested in compounding and filling equipment to support nasal products.

2001 A New Focus on Liquid & Semi-Solids
Lakewood, NJ site is acquired by DPT Labs. The company name was changed from Paco to DPT Lakewood. Lakewood begins to focus more on regulated pharmaceutical products.

1995 Site Changes Ownership
Paco was acquired by West pharmaceutical services in 1995. West continued to focus and grow the contract manufacturing business for pharmaceutical and consumer health care companies. Site gains capability to manufacture high volume liquid and semi-solid products.

1979 Where We Started
Paco Packaging & Labs relocates to Paco way in Lakewood, NJ from Philadelphia, PA. The company was focused on packaging high quality pharmaceutical products. They were one of the first US based contract manufactures to offer blister packaging. We still manufacture at this location today.
